My coaching focuses on the mind, body and spirit. We learn what obstacles you have and we work together to overcome them. Developing systems & routines to help you take out what's already inside, give you your power back.

What to expect?
When working as a business coach I am very careful as to who I decide to work with. I believe everyone has the creativity and mind to become an entrepreneur or a business owner. Yet I don't believe that everyone is made for it.
My clients are high performers that understand hard work, discipline and most importantly have wisdom (able to apply information by taking action). I expect my clients to push themselves past their limits to become the leaders they need to be to scale their business.
We analyze your business and identify key points that can be optimized and/or automated.
Kaizen means constantly improving, it is a Japanese business practice that allows for constant growth.

As a business coach it's my job to empower you as a business owner to continue your growth even when I'm not there. So you receive 1 on 1 training from me with the aim of passing on the skill that will allow you to replicate it on to your company.
